The Practice Philosophy – Having a small town practice has afforded Dr. Graf and his staff the ability to give quality personalized care to all of his patients. They strive to make you feel like you are walking in to visit a friend rather than herded through an assembly line of cold, chaotic care. Their open door policy allows all family members to participate in the braces process including younger siblings who may one day see themselves receiving treatment. They encourage parent participation as having direct dialogue with Dr. Graf and his staff keeps everyone informed. Timely appointments are also a priority as they feel the patient’s time is just as important as the office’s time.
