SUMMARY:Scotts Valley Wellness Walk
DESCRIPTION:A community event\, highlighting togetherness and physical and emotional well-being\, and supporting the SVHS Wellness Center. \nAt Scotts Valley High School\, we believe learning begins with feeling safe\, supported\, and well. Students who are anxious\, unhappy\, or struggling cannot fully engage in the classroom. Our Wellness Center is an invaluable resource that provides emotional support\, mental health resources\, and a sense of belonging for our students. \nThat’s why we are hosting a community-wide Wellness Walk to raise funds to keep our amazing Wellness Center available for all who need it. \nThis walk is about flipping the script. Wellness is not a luxury or an add-on; it is a basic and foundational need. By walking together\, we are investing in a school community where every student has access to the care\, connection\, and support they need before academic success can truly follow. \nEvery step helps build a healthier\, stronger future for our students. \nPlease note: While we love our four-legged friends and our wheels\, for the safety of others\, please no dogs or bikes/skateboards/rollerblades at this event. Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome. Thank you!
