SUMMARY:Steel Bonnet x Brewtrails Hazy Peach Release Party!
DESCRIPTION:This one means a lot.\nWe are absolutely stoked to finally be teaming up with Steel Bonnet Brewery to bring this Brewtrails beer to life! Fun full-circle moment; the very first time we ever led a group hike\, we filled up at Steel Bonnet before heading out. So having this release happen here just feels right. \nHuge thanks to our local favorite\, @nickygaston \, for the stunning artwork. He captured a few of our favorite humans and one of our favorite places on earth\, Big Basin. It’s been a long time since we’ve been able to hike out to Berry Creek Falls\, but he nailed the spirit of that waterfall energy perfectly. \nUntil we can share more beers at Berry Creek Falls again… we’ll happily enjoy this delicious new Peach Hazy IPA in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This beer is meant to inspire adventure; get off our screens\, get into the forest\, hike somewhere beautiful\, and share a cold one with the people you enjoy most. Beer always tastes better outside. \nThank you Steel Bonnet for making this dream real. And thank you Nicky\, your labels have been some of our all-time favorites (including those @corralitosbrewery classics that run deep in our Brewtrails roots). \nWe hope you enjoy this beer as much as we do. \nCome celebrate the release with us at Steel Bonnet Brewery in Scotts Valley on November 12th at 6pm!\nLink in bio to sign up\, or just show up. Founded by husband & wife\, Donald and Susan Cramb\, Steel Bonnet has become known for its unique blend of English and Scottish ales alongside perfectly balanced American styles\, creating a distinctive offering that sets them apart from other breweries in the region.  \nSteel Bonnet’s story began far from the California coast\, as Donald and Susan made their journey from Scotland across the pond to settle first in Boulder Creek\, then ultimately in Scotts Valley\, where their dream of building a community-centered brewery came to life. Their vision was supported early on by family\, friends\, and fellow beer enthusiasts who helped Steel Bonnet grow into the warm\, welcoming taproom it is today.  \nWhat makes Steel Bonnet stand out in the vibrant Santa Cruz beer landscape is their authentic take on British-style brewing. Their ales showcase a balanced\, nuanced flavor profile that’s often missing in the hop-heavy American craft scene. Their taproom is a gathering place for families\, friends\, and four-legged companions alike.  \nThe 10-Year Anniversary Party promises a day full of community\, great music\, delicious food\, and plenty of fun:  \n\nOpening Ceremony at Noon: Jay Salter and his Piper Crew will kick things off in true Celtic style. Scotts Valley Chamber Ribbon Cutting Ceremony @ 12:30 pm. \n\n\nCeltic Tea Shop (San Jose): Traditional pasties\, pies\, sweets\, and other savory treats throughout the day. \n\n\nLive Music Lineup: \n\n\nThe Kerry Sheepdogs | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM \n\n\nEn La Playa | 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM \n\n\nMonkey Ska Band | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM \n\n\nFood Trucks: Pana Food Truck serving in the afternoon and evening. \n\n\nFamily Fun: Face painting\, a LEGO pool provided by SV BrickLab\, Josh’s Rolling Snack Shack\, and other sweet surprises. \n\n\nRaffle: Proceeds will benefit a local charity (TBA). This year’s grand prize is a custom-built Steel Bonnet guitar crafted by Scotts Valley Santa Cruz based luthier Tobin Schaeffer\, featuring Steel Bonnet artwork and actual recycled materials from the brewery. \n\nSteel Bonnet’s 10-Year Anniversary is a heartfelt thank you to the customers\, employees\, and community members who have supported them over the years.
