Founded in 1957, the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce has grown as stated in its mission statement, “To Promote business stability and economic growth through business and community relationships”. The Scotts Valley Chamber is composed of dedicated volunteers and a seasoned, professional staff. The 11member board of directors is responsible for the goals, policy and direction of the organization while the staff coordinates the accomplishment of those goals.
At the heart of the Chamber are energetic committees and the Ambassador program consisting of 14 leaders in our community from various professional backgrounds. The Chamber Ambassadors dedicate their time and energy introducing new members to the community and help form connections to the other businesses in our town.
The Chamber hosts two annual signature events – the Scotts Valley Art Wine & Beer festival and the Annual Community Awards Gala. Certainly no business in Scotts Valley is complete without a membership in the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce.
