Belly up to the Roaring Camp BBQ Cook-Off as nationally recognized Pit-Masters and local Grill Gurus battle it out to be crowned the Best BBQ. Come hungry and vote for your favorite! Wash it down with a cold beer from one of Santa Cruz’s best local breweries.
A celebration of old-world Americana that promises fun for all ages. Join us for a family-friendly event that will transport you back in time with attractions and activities that will delight and entertain you. From mouth-watering BBQ to live music and games, this event has something for everyone. Even more so if you have an affinity for historic steam trains as you can take a trip on the narrow gauge historic steam trains of the Roaring Camp Railway. Travel over trestles, through towering redwood groves, and up a winding narrow-gauge grade to the summit of Bear Mountain.
