Santa Cruz County Family Democracy Day

The Santa Cruz County Clerk and Elections Office invites community members of all ages to take part in the Santa Cruz County Family Democracy Day – a free, family-friendly event designed to make learning about elections and civic participation fun, interactive, and accessible.

The event will take place on Saturday, May 9 from 10 AM to 2 PM at three locations:

• Starlight Elementary School, 225 Hammer Dr, Watsonville
• Simpkins Family Center, 979 17th Ave, Santa Cruz
• San Lorenzo Valley High School, 7105 Highway 9, Felton

With the Primary Election on June 2, 2026, this is an opportunity for families to learn together and feel confident participating in our democracy.
