I work alongside small business owners, working professionals, families, retirees and others to help achieve your goals. Anytime there is a life change such as a new job or career, birth, death, inheritance, marriage or divorce (just to name a few!) – this is when my team and I are needed most.
For the Santa Cruz area and its residents, my process comprises five tenants:

A bit about me: growing up, I wasn’t exposed to the financial times of the day. This environment led me to truly appreciate the value of financial preparation and advice – having experienced what life is like without it. I attended college at Azusa Pacific University and graduated to become a teacher and then director of an Outdoor Science School. My background in education has been beneficial to explain complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Lastly, I believe in a work/life balance: during my spare time, I help teach scuba diving, and I enjoy cycling with my wife, Erica (Before having kids, we biked across the country – twice!), We also love to go camping with our two young children – we have a 4-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. Finally, I am an avid reader and try to find time to read when I’m not spending time with my family (Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry and Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien are two of my favorite books!).
